Aqua Shard is on the 31st floor of The Shard – Western Europe’s tallest tower.

You can’t reserve a window table, but glass walls mean that you’ll enjoy views of the Gherkin and the Cheesegrater wherever you sit.

For a treat, order the tasting menu or share dishes such as Cornish crab, trout tartare and roasted lamb.

If you can’t bag a dinner table, instead, go for brunch on weekends, cocktails or a themed afternoon tea.

The Bar is open from 12pm to 12am Monday to Wednesday and 12pm to 1am Thursday to Sunday.
